I’m Valentine — a Connecticut-based photographer, Navy veteran, traveler, storyteller, and the person behind Valentine Manemeit Photography. My work is centered around connection: the quiet in-between moments, the chaos of families, the electricity of love, and the stories people carry with them long after the photos are taken.
With a background that spans military service, motherhood, travel, and years behind the camera, I approach photography with a mix of artistry and honesty. I’m drawn to emotion over perfection and believe the best images feel lived in — authentic, cinematic, and deeply personal.
Whether I’m photographing weddings, families, couples, seniors, or intimate portrait sessions, my goal is always the same: to create images that feel like you. Comfortable, real, a little bit wild, and worth holding onto.
